Our vision is a future of work that is IDEAL -- inclusive, diverse, equal in access and leadership -- for all genders, especially women of color, women of different sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, economic backgrounds and abilities. Gender IDEAL provides data-driven performance insights and recommended actions to workplaces seeking to become more gender equitable. Data are used to generate benchmarking reports for workplaces and inform research to advance progress on gender equity. We are the platform for workplaces to understand their performance on gender equity and to identify actions to improve. Our comprehensive framework covers all topics that have gender impact in the workplace and is an educational tool for organizations striving to reach a Gender IDEAL.

Welcome to Gender IDEAL 2024 marks a new phase for Gender IDEAL. We remain committed to advancing gender equity in the workplace and are focusing our work on the need to support and protect the reproductive and maternal health of American workers. In January we launched the Reproductive Maternal Health Compass. Our mission is to ensure that all workers have access to the reproductive and maternal health RMH benefits they need.
