The Foundation is here to support the needs of students & teachers. Thanks to the community, we’re able to provide better opportunities in SCPS. The Foundation, a non-profit organization, raises funds to further enhance the performance of students and teachers in Seminole County Public Schools. The Foundation enhances the quality of education in Seminole County Public Schools and ensures that today's students become tomorrow's successful, productive citizens.  The Foundation focuses on three priorities for funding initiatives in the school district:  1) Remove barriers that keep children from coming to school ready to learn 2) Provide resources in the classroom to enhance student performance and 3) Support our high performing school district by recognizing and rewarding our top performing educators and support staff.  Since inception The Foundation has raised $40 Million to support our public school district.  Our mission is to enhance the quality of education for students in Seminole County Public Schools by:  raising and distributing funds and in-kind donations; fostering involvement in schools by business and the community; providing recognition and rewards for outstanding contribution to, and performance within, the school system.
