LMC Foundation Helping Families of THE GREATER Philadelphia AREA The Lee Monument Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps families who cannot afford to purchase a headstone for their child. The childchildren must have been between the ages of infant zero months to 12 years at the time of their deaths. Over the past 15 years this organization has donated 52 headstones to children with families who couldnt afford one. Recipient Guidelines In order to qualify for a donated headstone for your child please review our guidelines and complete the application through the link below.
