THE ASSOCIATION SEEKS TO PROMOTE GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, COURAGE AND RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY SO LEAGUE PARTICIPANTS CAN LEAD HEALTHY LIVES AND BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
