CLFP's Food Processing Expo, one of the nation's largest industry events, brings together the global processing industry (food processors/growers, suppliers, govt officials, educational institutions) for 2 days of discovery, education and connection. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTED PRIMARILY TO FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF THE FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY IN CALIFORNIA BY FOSTERING A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ITS SUSTAINABILITY, GROWTH AND STRENGTH AND, THEREBY, PROMOTING THE WELL-BEING OF THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
