THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTED PRIMARILY TO FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF THE FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY IN CALIFORNIA BY FOSTERING A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ITS SUSTAINABILITY, GROWTH AND STRENGTH AND, THEREBY, PROMOTING THE WELL-BEING OF THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
