Through dance and a variety of integrated arts mediums, Helander Dance Theater strengthens the connection between creative expression and community impact by cultivating leadership, understanding, sharing, and healing within and between local and global communities. HDT promotes an accessible, inclusive environment; conducts outreach opportunities to engage the youth, elderly, and under-served; and contributes to the cultural enrichment and artistic development of the Boulder community and the state of Colorado.
