The Children’s Education Fund, Inc. (CEF), a 501(c)3 corporation, supports educational programs serving low income families in Butte County. CEF provides and maintains land and facilities, and secures grants, donations, and low interest loans to obtain funds for land, facilities and equipment. All CEF property is used by non-profit, educational programs which benefit low income families, and families at risk. CEF properties are protected under the Articles of Incorporation for charitable purposes only .
