Home Improving Health Care and Outcomesfor Residents of Lincoln Parish WHAT WE DO The Lincoln Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization established to improve health care and outcomes for residents of Lincoln Parish. The Lincoln Health Foundation was funded by the sale of Lincoln General Hospital to Community Health Systems in March 2007. Net proceeds of approximately 22 million will be used by the Foundation to fulfill its mission and vision of improving health care and access for residents of Lincoln Parish by facilitating healthrelated initiatives programs and services that improve quality of life. OUR MISSION IS.
