GIVING BACK TO THE GAMBIA CHARITY

Follow Message Edit

We are a New York registered not-for-profit charity foundation founded by Gambian women on the principles of reducing hunger and assisting the poor in The Gambia, West Africa. Through the monthly members' contributions and donations by generous Gambians and donors across the world, we aim to create lasting solutions by empowering families through the establishment of small scale sustainable businesses. We foresee a Gambia where poor families become self-reliant and free from poverty and starvation. We also foresee a Gambia where poor families that struggle to pay their rent and are at risk of eviction are voluntarily assisted financially by previledge Gambians with rental assistance and eviction prevention programs until they can stand on their own feet.
