Home CHANGING LIVES WITH PERIOD KITS Through lifechanging period kits The Confident Girl Project empowers women and girls. We are dedicated to assisting them in overcoming the challenge of period poverty achieving independence and flourishing. The Need 1 in 5 in the US have struggled to afford period products or were not able to purchase them at all This topic is an underrepresented issue 84 more than 4 in 5 teens have either missed class time or know someone who missed class time because they did not have access to period products. Our Actions Taylor McCowan and The Confident Girl Project have delivered over 2500 special period kits to community centers and schools across the Metroplex.
