Ready for Good provides jobs, job training, and mentorship to transition-age youth. Ready for Good provides hope, training, and support to youth making the difficult transition to adulthood while growing up in (or having grown up in) the foster care and juvenile justice systems. We provide employment, job readiness training, life skills workshops, mentorship, and wraparound support to youth in our programs. Graduates receive assistance connecting to jobs at employer partners and vocational or college programs matching their interests. For each youth, Ready for Good kickstarts a lifelong journey of learning, connecting, and skill-building that helps youth reach their potential and leads them to greater economic mobility, personal fulfillment, and community contribution.
