As part of its centennial year, the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) has made a significant archival donation to the Museum of the Ukrainian Diaspora. This marks the second major contribution from UNWLA, following an earlier gift in late 2023 that included a rare photo album and historical Ukrainian-American publications. The latest donation features original large-format photographs from the 1930s to 1950s, including images from the 4th UNWLA Convention in New York (1939) and the 12th Convention (1959). The collection also includes historic brochures, programs, event announcements, invitations spanning from the 1950s to the 2000s, and commemorative UNWLA pins, including a 50th anniversary badge and a modern design featuring the Ukrainian Tryzub. We are deeply grateful to UNWLA President Natalie Pawlenko, Chair of Cultural Affairs Oksana Pyasetska, and Archives Director Orysia Soroka for their support and collaboration.
