The mission of the Norman Area Land Conservancv is to conserve, improve and protect rural and urban environments in and around Norman, Oklahoma The 189 sauare miles in Norman's corporate limits offer contrastina landscapes of Cross Timbers woodland and the grasslands of Ten Mile Flat. They include extensive wildlife habitat throughout the corridors of the Canadian and Little Rivers, plus well-developed urban areas.
