Meditate & Thrive is a meditation practice community and blossoming Spiritual Center rooted in the Kriya Yoga tradition. We are dedicated to providing an interspiritual environment for spiritual instruction and practice. Meditate & Thrive offers regular meditation and spiritual living workshops, yoga, retreats, spiritual counseling, music events, and community gatherings that cultivate balance, inner peace, and conscious living. Meditate & Thrive serves the community-at-large by promoting health and mental well-being through instruction in the practices of meditation. The guiding principles found in the religious philosophy of Meditate & Thrive adhere to universal, moral standards which contribute to the social welfare of the community.
