Our mission is to create a culture nationwide where TGI people can thrive in the workplace. Trans Can Work centers TGI economic empowerment by providing free career development services and building trans-inclusive work environments through DEI&B (diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging) training. Uplifting the TGI community out of poverty and into long-term employment that offers both financial and SOGIE (sexual orientation, gender identity & expression) safety is what success looks like for our organization based on the clients we serve and the systemic barriers they face.
