Home - Family Renew Community | Helping Homeless Families in Volusia County A Hand Up. Not A Handout Childhood only comes once and no child should spend any of it caught up in family homelessness. Family Renew Community brings together religious congregations businesses civic and charitable organizations and individuals committed to solving homelessness in Volusia County. The program provides housing and helps homeless parents on a path toward supporting their families in places of their own.
