The El Paso VIBE's goal is to get you on your way to living a more independent life! El Paso VIBE empowers blind and visually impaired young adults from the age of 18 and over in El Paso and West Texas to achieve independence, dignity, and full social participation through innovative skills development, advocacy, and community engagement.
