Mission

The mission of Citrus Hearing Impaired Program Services Inc is to assure and enhance the quality of life for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Speech Impaired individuals by promoting and educating on hearing wellness.

Services

• Advocacy: Providing support and representation to deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
• FTRI Phone Program: A distribution center for free amplified phone programs through the Florida Telecommunication Relay Service.
• Information & Referral: Offering resources and referrals for related services.
• Interpreting Services: Providing certified skilled interpreters for various settings.
• Meeting Room Facilities: Available for use by the community.
• Pamphlets & Information: Distributing educational materials.
• Programs for Hearing Aids: Assistance with obtaining, screening, and repairing hearing aids, as well as other assistive devices.
