The Dr. W.B.M.E.P., Inc is a non profit organization whose mission is to assist in the transition of at risk individuals from negative dependency to independence and self-sufficiency via educational training and efficacy programs, such as: Literacy, GED, Life Skills, Job Training and Scholarship Program. The purpose of the non profit is to provide the necessary tools to ensure the success of all participants and to enable them to develop educationally, spiritually and vocationally through a cadre of services that will be a blend of both goal driven and self-paced activities.
