Great Books for Kids gifts engaging books to elementary-aged kids in southeast GA for their homes! We gift high-quality books to elementary-aged children in southeast Georgia for their homes! Reading proficiency of 4th graders across the nation AND in the state of Georgia is UNDER 40%. Studies continually show that one of the BEST ways to increase children's interest in reading, increase the amount of time children spend reading, increase reading skill acquisition, and improve reading test scores is by providing a steady stream of age-appropriate books to children's homes. Many book-gifting organizations support kids aged 0-5 who depend on someone to read to them. We pick up the torch at age 5 and provide books for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade during the important time when they are learning to read on their own.
