The Onion Bag Litter Prevention Project
Our primary mission is to reduce litter on Ohio waterways. We accomplish this by placing boxes full of Onion Bags (litter bags) at boating access points for boaters to use as litter bags in their craft. We also accomplish this by distributing bags to people fishing. We sign up boat rental liveries to the program for them to use in their operations, and we conduct and help out in mass cleanups of bodies of water.

What We Do Weve all seen it we go down the river in our boat and there they are cans plastic bottles and other trash along the side of the stream. There are several ways to stop this. The best and easiest way is to keep it out of the river in the first place.
