Welcome to the Sun City Vistoso Community Foundation website What does the Foundation do. Sun City Vistoso Community Foundation SCVCF enhances the quality of life for Sun City Oro Valley SCOV residents and the surrounding community. We do this to help make SCOV a vibrant caring and supportive place to live by financially supporting health cultural recreational educational and other charitable needs. Thanks to our generous donors SCVCF has distributed more than 1 Million to SCOV Association projects clubs and local organizations since our founding in 1998.
