Empowering Teachers by Enriching Classrooms and Supporting Exceptional Education Students FUELS is Easing the Financial Demands on Educators so they can Better Serve Special Education Students in their Classrooms. FUELS serves as a resource for Florida educators with students who are being considered for or are already in the Exceptional Student Education ESE program. Its no secret that our educators are in desperate need of resources to meet the demands placed on them for their ESE students both being considered for and already staffed and their individualized learning plans IEPs. Often these resources are in short supply or only provided if teachers can fund them teachers that cant afford to dip into their own pockets cant provide an equitable learning experience for all in their classrooms.
