To provide a forum for performance concerts classes and demonstrations and to foster other creative expression and encourage appreciation of the arts and its cultural benefits; To conduct a wide range of artistic events education and performance opportunities including music dance theater visual arts drama discussion debate and education; and To enhance the quality of life in Upper Jay New York and surrounding communities.
