Quality Resilience Fitness uses various fitness platforms to promote suicide prevention and awareness for our Military Veterans. QRF secures the mental and physical health of our nation's warriors through fitness, community, and compassion. We provide direct financial support to veterans across the nation via gym memberships to community-oriented fitness facilities, registration and travel costs to athletic competitions, and scholarship funds for family members of veterans looking to study exercise science, physical therapy, health and wellness, and sports psychology. We truly believe that in order to end veteran suicide, we must provide outlets for veterans to maintain their health within a tribe they feel a part of. There is no better way to do this than through fitness.
