National nonprofit organization debriefing single incident + Cumulative Care Taking Trauma®️ Debriefing the Front Lines provides psychological support through structured debriefings, board certified nurse coaching, emotion wellness offerings and nervous system regulation tools by way of our Heal the Healers Programs to nurses working the bedside and beyond.
Established in March of 2020 in response to the COVID-19, Debriefing the Front Lines supports the modern nurse both personally and professionally as they navigate the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of cumulative care taking trauma.
