The specific purpose of the Corporation is 1) promotion of and education for fire prevention, funding of fire prevention projects and fire-fighting capacity and capability, 2) promotion and funding of disaster preparedness and survivability, and 3) promotion and funding of community resiliency to disaster occurrence and environmental changes and threats, in the general area of Bell Canyon, Ventura County, California and surrounding environs.
