Final grant recipients are chosen by a membership-wide vote, ensuring that each member has a say in where funds are allocated.

Since its inception, IMPACT100 Philadelphia has awarded over $5 million in grants to various organizations. Notably, in 2023, they distributed $362,000 among five regional nonprofits. This collective giving model was inspired by IMPACT100 in Cincinnati and the Washington Women’s Foundation in Seattle, contributing to a broader movement of women-led philanthropy across the US.
