THIS MEANS RAISING MONEY (CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS), DISBURSING FUNDS TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS AND CONNECTING TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH AN ACTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
