Founded in 1996 by prominent Tennessee business leaders, the Tennessee Business Roundtable Foundation (TBR Foundation) promotes the public welfare and furthers the quality of life in Tennessee through improvement of our state’s business and employment climate. As a public benefit corporation affiliated with the Tennessee Business Roundtable and organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code, the TBR Foundation works to optimize the quality of life & well-being of all Tennesseans by fostering collaborative partnerships between our state’s business community, state government, and non-profit organizations in support of public education, workforce development, and other areas crucial to the success of Tennessee’s employers.
