Congratulations to these winners of the 2024-2025 Houchin Heartbeat scholarship! We were able to celebrate these amazing students from Highland High School who showed us what it truly means to make an impact in your community. Houchin launched our Heartbeat Scholarship program for the first time this school year. It was a way for us to thank the incredible students who donate their time, work - and yes even blood! To qualify for the Heartbeat Scholarship program, students had to be a senior in high school within Kern County, and either donate blood within the school year, or volunteer with Houchin. Their donations directly impacted our community by helping us further our mission to save lives. Thank you to Isabelle, Anthony and Andrew for your dedication to saving lives in our community!
