Welcome - Northeast Oregon Economic Development District WHAT WE DO NEOEDD works closely with communities to provide financial technical and educational resources for entrepreneurs small businesses nonprofits and municipalities in Northeast Oregon Baker Union and Wallowa counties. WHO WE SERVE Entrepreneur Small Business We support Northeast Oregons small businesses and entrepreneurs with workshops funding loans Individual Development Accounts and other resources and technical support e. g. researching feasibility writing marketing plans coaching on employment issues and working on internal or external Diversity Equity and Inclusion issues.
