About Us Bakas Horses for Handicapped Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 charitable organization FEIN 592848496 whose sole function is to assist with the financial support of Hillsborough Countys Bakas Equestrian Center. Our Mission Our mission is to provide therapeutic horseback riding activities for children and adults afflicted with disabilities across a wide spectrum of physical and mental handicaps. Horseback riding activities include recreational riding lessons camps Special Olympics riding events and challenge shows.
