Our mission is to empower and train the next generation of young tech professionals, using their passion for sports to build new STEM skills and expand opportunities for their futures. TEAM (Tech Exposure & Access through Mentoring) offers high school students in under-resourced communities unique and engaging technology programs: merging youth’s passion for sports with technology and analytics skills. By meeting youth where they are and engaging them in real world sports concepts, TEAM demystifies and unlocks career pathways in data, technology, and analytics.
