Wisconsin Head Start Association We provide educational experiences that have been proven to help kids succeed both while they are in school and throughout the rest of their lives. Wisconsin Head Start Association Head Start babies are more likely to graduate from high school attend college and break free from the cycle of poverty into which they were born.
