AccBeek works to@bring accessibility to #beekeeping and life using video and #education. #visuallyimpaired #motivation #blind #disabilityawareness Accessible Beekeeping started in March 2022 to make beekeeping accessible to all persons. It was started by a beekeeper in Virginia who lost his ability to keep bees due to a stroke following a car accident. The goal is to make beekeeping not only accessible but sustainable for all ages. The current market is severely limited in hardware, support, and knowledge of beekeeping with disabilities. Accessible Beekeeping was started so that we can build a community that helps each other be successful beekeepers regardless of limitations.
