Over the past 45 years, NILC has undertaken litigation, advocacy, communications/narrative change, and movement-building efforts to make it possible for low-income immigrants to live healthy and safe lives, and to help build a more welcoming society for everyone in the U.S., which is crucial to sustaining a pluralistic, inclusive democracy.
