The mission statement of STCH is “Help a Little, Empower a Lot”™ by assisting families to lead a more productive, self-sufficient life through our collaborative efforts. STCH seeks to provide leadership to Riverwood through its ability to enhance public awareness and improve quality of life by engaging the Tulsa community at large. Our neighbors come from the various low/no income areas of 61st St. & South Peoria area, a roughly 2.7 sq. mile area of South Tulsa which is home to 47 low-income apartments. Services and programs provided are all free of charge. We free GED classes, Legal Aid, Food Pantry, Senior & Veterans Servings Program, Job Search and Resume Writing Assistance, bus tokens, Bus Pass to Work Program and a computer center.
