The heat will stick around for a while. If your air conditioner or swamp cooler is not keeping you cool, the City of Tucson's cooling centers are open through August 31 from noon to 4pm daily. Cooling centers offer temporary designated areas for the public to utilize and escape the heat during peak hours.
