Adams County Holiday Family Outreach - Home Page Holiday Family Outreach What is Holiday Family Outreach. Since 1953 Holiday Family Outreach an allvolunteer nonprofit 501c3 organization has provided Christmas toys and food to lowincome families in Adams County Pennsylvania. Goal for 2024 Our goal is to raise 60000 for food certificates allowing us to provide 50 food certificates for 1600 referrals. Food certificates are offered to lowincome families and elderly residents through the Office of Aging.
