Building Trust through Partnership Rural Promise USA is made up of people in and from rural areas coming together to build a platform of advocacy for rural communities across the country. We feel for too long the dominant discourse in this country has neglected these communities and believe the more empowered and prosperous rural and smalltown America becomes the more our national divides will narrow and our nation as a whole will be strengthened. Lets all work towards building our communities with each other not against one another.
