Pathwaves WA Pathwaves WA Home Building collective power to transform early childhood systems Pathwaves WA creates pathways for leaders of color to hold decisionmaking roles in early childhood systems so they can equitably drive and shape the design of policies that affect future generations of our kids and our communities. The Pathwaves Fellowship The Pathwaves Fellowship is a 20month fellowship that brings BIPOC individuals into the field of early childhood policy. The Fellowship is employment and cohortbased and it posts Fellows in placement sites which are organizations doing early childhood policy work in Washington state. Our Staff and Board Pathwaves WA was founded in 2021 by a collective of women and nonbinary people of color.
