We’re a black-owned ranch showing the power of reciprocity with a living planet. Foster reciprocity with the planet—we nurture community through education and immersive agricultural experiences. The objective of Servicing Every Soul via S&S Friendly Ranch is to bring land and hands together in an inclusive environment that uplifts diversity and celebrates differences. As a hub for education and innovation, we promote regenerative land stewardship, operate an animal sanctuary, grow nutrient-dense food, and host events for mutual healing. Through the cultivation of harmonious kinship, we aim to educate all, with an emphasis on inner-city youth, individuals with developmental differences, and those pursuing healthier lifestyles.

S&S Friendly Ranch SS Friendly Ranch Black Owned and Operated Since 1980 The Wallace Family Our founders also siblings Sim Wallace Sarah Buncom laid the groundwork for what has evolved into a beautiful legacy. Sim and Sarah were introduced to examples of entrepreneurship and ownership early on by their parents Deartis and Theresa Wallace. Born in Texas and resettled in Coachella Valley they grew up immersed in rural living.
