Supporting children youth in La Moskitia Honduras Send Hope supports and assists over 1000 children in the remote area of La Moskitia Honduras through the House of Hope childrens home Katrina Engle Memorial Nourishment Program and other community outreach initiatives. What we do at Send Hope. House of Hope We provide a safe and loving home for physically disabled abused neglected malnourished and orphaned children and youth working to ensure medical emotional and educational needs are met. Katrina Engle Nourishment Program Our Nourishment Program provides critical nutritional support throughout the region and works to prevent malnourishment due to economic challenges helping to keep more children with their families.
