The NYCRTC will harness the energy and talent of the tristate area and beyond to produce successful results in a fully integrated mens womens and community program to enrich Los Angeles with talent and deliver inspiring performances on the world stage. How We Serve New York City Senior Resident Athlete Program Our resident athletes train full time at the NYC RTC.
