The Mission of the Clarendon County is Neighborhood Network is three-fold. 1. Hands-on curriculum based training in videography, film and tv broadcast production equipment and technologies for local community of all ages. 2. To facilitate a community-based Public Access TV platform used o train and develop local community producers with media skills in video production and broadcast technologies. 3. To attract, secure and to host media industry companies in order to provide jobs and economic opportunities in Clarendon County in the field of video, film and tv production.
