THE ALBANY PARTNERSHIP FOR HOUSING & COMMUNITY (APHCD) IS A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION THAT HAS DEVELOPED AND MAINTAINS MULTI-FAMILY AFFODABLE HOUSING SERVING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH LOW INCOMES. APHCD HAS FILLED GAPS LEFT BY OTHER HOUSING PROVIDERS BY OFFERING AN ARRAY OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS. APHCD IS THE ONLY PROVIDER OF LOW-INCOME MULTIFAMILY HOUSING IN THE AREA THAT PROVIDES DIRECT CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ALONG WITH HOUSING.
