Free and effective depression support groups: no diagnosis, insurance or registration required. The LiveWell Foundation believes all people deserve equal access to the support they need to live well with depression. We empower people with depression to transform their own lives through free and effective peer support and skill-based education that has been endorsed by leading mental health professionals. Combined with community events and educational partnerships, the LiveWell Foundation is working to change the way depression is viewed, discussed, and treated. The LiveWell Foundation holds free support groups in Philadelphia, and trains community partners to spread access to depression support. In response to Covid-19, the LiveWell Foundation launched online groups accessible nation and world-wide for adults, teens, seniors, and people with co-occurring depression and addiction.
