Spare for Change is growing the game of golf; one recycled club at a time Growing the game of golf. One recycled club at a time. Spare for Change is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization with a mission to grow the game of golf regardless of age, background or experience level. Our primary goal is to distribute free golf clubs and offer underprivileged youth the opportunity to make golf a reality, as learning the game of golf creates opportunities for personal and professional growth at all stages in life. To help manifest these opportunities, Spare for Change recycles donated golf clubs and puts them in the hands of new players. While many of the recipients of our clubs are youth, we also supply that child’s support group; parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and anyone who is willing to foster an interest in golf. Golf promotes health, wellness, character building and quality family time.
