The Usual Artspects Home About Community Impact Programs Donate Events Shop Contact More The Usual Artspects Where Creativity Meets Healing Who We Are The mission of The Usual Artspects is to provide healing and empowerment through art for female survivors of physical violence and sexual abuse to improve the quality of their life mentally emotionally and physically. Through a safe supportive environment we provide advocacy awareness community education and resources for survivors through expressive art programs and group therapy. Our programs create a safe space for therapeutic release and overlooked artistic voices from trauma survivors. Expressive Art Programs and Art Therapy have been proven to reduce symptoms of Anxiety Depression CPTSD and PTSD in survivors of sexual abuse and violence.
